What channel is Dodgers vs. Red Sox on today? Time, TV schedule, live stream for MLB Friday Night Baseball game

It’s always special when two brand names such as the Red Sox and Dodgers face off, but it will be a little extra special on Friday night.

Mookie Betts is set to play his first game at Fenway Park since a 2020 trade that sent him west, and there’s no doubt most fans will give the former MVP and World Series champion a warm welcome.

Betts won’t be the only player making his return to Fenway Park. J.D. Martinez and Kiké Hernandez are both set to play in front of Boston fans for the first time since their exits. Martinez signed with the Dodgers in December after five seasons with the Red Sox, while Hernandez returned to Los Angeles via trade in July.

On the field, the Red Sox have plenty of unfinished business. While the Dodgers seem to be cruising to another NL West title, Boston finds itself trying to claw its way up to a wild card spot behind the Mariners and Blue Jays.

Seattle and Toronto have given the Red Sox little room for error, but a sweep of the Yankees last weekend kept Alex Cora’s squad firmly in the race. Can the Red Sox hold their own against the mighty Dodgers? It starts Friday night.
