The University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) Institute of Health Technology is now inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission into its various programs for the 2023/2024 academic session. The institute offers a plethora of courses, ensuring a diverse array of educational opportunities for prospective students.
The following programmes are open for admission for the 2023/2024 academic session:
- Public Health Nursing Officers
- Environmental Health Technology
- Paramedic Technology
- Anaesthetic Technicians Course DIP
- Orthopaedic Cast Technology
- Dental Surgery Technicians Course
- Occupational Therapy Technicians Course
- Dispensing Optics Technology
- Biomedical Engineering Technology Course (In the School of Biomedical Engineering)
Method of Application
Candidates interested in any of the above-listed programmes are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N10,000 at any UBTH Revenue Centre into the account: Training School, Institute of Health Technology. Following payment, candidates can collect the application form from the Admission Office of the Institute, complete it and attach evidence of payment alongside other relevant documents as indicated on the application form.
The institute has also scheduled an entrance examination for prospective students as follows:
