Airtel Nigeria in partnership with global development organsation, Human Network International (NHI), has unveiled the 3-2-1 Service – a call-in system that provides free information – ranging from healthcare to good governance – to Nigerians. The service will also be available to those in rural communities.
According to biz tech africa , the 3-2-1 Service delivers free, trusted, life-enhancing information to people on a mobile devices they already use — whether it is a simple phone, a feature phone, a smartphone, or a tablet. All calls to 3-2-1 are free from Airtel phones.
Accessed on the Airtel prepaid sim for free, messages on the 3-2-1 Service are developed by local, regional, and international subject matter experts through content committees convened by Human Network International in each country where the service is active.
